I led product design at Foundry as we brought patient messages into one care timeline. We tied videos and questions to the procedure date, with enrollment and reminders linking back to a page patients could share.

The recording previews a video and checklist, then changes the surgery date. The milestones move with it.

The desktop view puts the care phases side by side, with a link patients can share with a family member who’s helping out.

Enrollment starts with the surgery date so reminders follow the right schedule. The welcome text takes the patient to their timeline.

Changing the surgery date moves every milestone with it, while the preparation checklist keeps the tasks already completed.

Once a patient submits feedback, the timeline card shows the score they sent.
