I led design as the farm management software expanded. We kept maps beside field records and brought task recording to tablets for workers in the field.

The dashboard compares each crop's projected gross with the plan, then compares fertilizer spending with the plan for each input.
The filter narrows the field list, while the map's status key lets you hide fields by progress.
The recording moves from AG Bunston to the whole farm, then switches the map from crop colors to irrigation progress.
The field boundary stays on the map while the grower opens the different sections of its records.
The task opens over the map with its instructions ready. Stopping it takes you to the ticket.
Saving Ascend at 2.1 pounds per acre adds it to the input list and clears the form for the next entry.
For unplanned work, a new ticket asks for the field and equipment in separate steps. Each saved input appears in the list with its calculated total.
