I led design as the farm management software expanded. We connected work records to the orders behind them and used the same farm data for budgets and lender reports.

The import matches Bob to Bob Hansen before creating 1,265 tickets, keeping the driver name consistent across the records.
Conservis harvest import on its Submit Tickets step, listing tickets by crop, vehicle, driver, field, and weight
The last import step shows each ticket before it's created. Growers can go back or save their progress to finish later.
Conservis work orders list with filters, progress bars for each spraying order, and a notice that 1,265 tickets were created
The import returns to the work orders list with a notice showing how many tickets it created.
Conservis work order dialog for a summer almond spray, filtered to five complete blocks at 100 percent progress
Growers can filter a work order's blocks by completion and record a spraying ticket from the same page.
The field picker can hide fields that are already in a plan, and profit per acre updates as the grower makes their selections.
Growers can copy last year's actual costs into a new plan. Changing a rate updates both cost per bushel and margin.
Conservis overheads step listing five cost categories with annual totals and cost per acre, totaling $256,500 over 1,500 acres
The overheads step spreads annual costs, such as labor and fuel, evenly across the planned acres.
Raising winter wheat's assumed price from $6.20 to $7.20 changes the projected loss per acre to a profit and clears the below-breakeven notice.
Conservis annual budgets list with a 2027 crop plan above locked past years and a confirmation of its net profit
The saved crop plan appears in the list with its projected net profit across all acres, ready to reopen for edits.
